Visited here tonight after a bad experience at the new Stamford location. Had a great conversation with Sam, the manager, who was congenial and spoke to several customers as well. He listened to my complaint about the Stamford location, which to be fair is brand new. Sam cares about not only the brand but the patrons and the staff. It was a busy night and I noticed as he went to a back room there was a little skip in his step. This is a happy and truly nice person. I will drive the extra miles rather than frequent the much closer location. Please give him a raise ... he deserves it!
First time trying Shake Shack, and wow, was it delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a side of cheese sauce. The burger was perfect. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I am not really a burger gal, lol, but if I ever am in the mood for one, I will definitely return!
Love me some Shake Shack!!!!!! I could eat this everyday. The one in Darien is the closest to us living in Stamford and our go to. The people are always nice who work there and the tables are always clean! Next time you go try the lemonade mixed with the strawberry lemonade, it's delicious!
